Vegas Golden Knights Announce Schedule Of Events For 2019-20 Home Opener

VEGAS (September 30, 2019) -Listed below is the Vegas Golden Knights media schedule of events surrounding the team's home opener October 2 against the San Jose Sharks.
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 1 PRACTICE
On Tuesday, October 1, the Vegas Golden Knights will hold a private practice at City National Arena at 11 a.m. for invited guests who were affected by the events on October 1, 2017. These invited guests will include first responders, Mandalay Bay employees, medical professionals and others who were impacted. We anticipate being at capacity.
Following practice, lunch will be provided for all attendees and our players will join them at MacKenzie River Pizza Company for a special meet and greet. Those in attendance will be given "Vegas Stronger" shirts and players will also be wearing the shirts following practice.

GOLD CARPET (OCTOBER 2)
Fans will be able to witness Golden Knights players and coaches and local personalities arriving at T-Mobile Arena and walking a gold carpet ahead of the team's season opener. The gold carpet will start at Toshiba Plaza going into T-Mobile Arena, with arrivals starting at 4 p.m. PT.
Toshiba Plaza outside T-Mobile Arena will open at 2:30 p.m. PT with face painters and games.
All fans are encouraged to join the festivities.
PUCK DROP
The Golden Knights will be revealing an out-of-this-world surprise for the honorary puck drop. Follow the Golden Knights on social media for details.
