RALEIGH, NC. - Don Waddell, President and General Manager of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the Hurricanes and Fanatics Betting and Gaming, the team’s Official Sports Betting Partner, will hold an event at Backyard Bistro on Monday, March 11, to celebrate the launch of legal sports betting in North Carolina.

The event will be hosted by Hurricanes television analyst Shane Willis and public address announcer Wade Minter, and will feature a raffle, cornhole and other games, a photobooth and giveaways.
