RALEIGH, NC. -The National Hockey League and adidas revealed the special-edition 2023 Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series jerseys Thursday, 23 days ahead of the Carolina Hurricanes' first-ever outdoor game.

The Canes' predominantly black uniform features
the team's official logo for the event
on the crest, with italicized red jersey numbers on the back and large red color block numbers on the sleeves.
The jerseys also feature the official 2023 Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series logo on the right shoulder, across from a grayscale North Carolina state flag on the left.

. A select inventory of player jerseys, including Sebastian Aho, Jordan Staal, and Jaccob Slavin, are available as well.

As for the rest of the uniform, the team's black helmets will feature an oversized red logo on the left half and the player's jersey number on the right. The black pants will feature the team's warning flag logo on the player's left leg, and the group will wear black gloves. It is also the first time in team history that the unit will be wearing a uniform containing zero white.
The reigning Metropolitan Division Champions will wear the getup on Saturday, February 18 when they take on the Washington Capitals at Carter-Finley Stadium. Puck drop is set for 8 p.m. and the contest can be seen nationally on ABC.
