RALEIGH, NC. -Ondrej Kase's time as a Carolina Hurricane has officially concluded, having played in just one game.
Signed to a one-year contract last offseason, the now 27-year-old was expected to add a dose of scoring to the team's lineup. However, after taking a hit on Opening Night against the Columbus Blue Jackets, he was unable to return to the lineup due to concussion-related issues.
Now, Kase takes his career overseas, signing a contract with HC Litvinov in his home country of Czechia. His younger brother, David, also plays for the club.
