The club did not hold a morning skate because today's game is the second half of a back-to-back and when Head Coach Rod Brind'Amour addressed the media pre-game he said that the team's top line left wing may take warmups, but he is doubtful to have the green light. Saturday post-game Brind'Amour said that he didn't feel forced to get #86 back in the mix when there were other healthy options available. Jordan Martinook played, and scored, in that role last night.
While the team's bench boss didn't commit to a netminder in today's contest, logic would suggest that Frederik Andersen will have the nod after Antti Raanta played against New Jersey. The team's All-Star goaltender has won 11 of his last 12 outings.
Outside of those thoughts, Brind'Amour said he did not anticipate any other lineup changes.
The team's projected lineup tonight is as follows:
Forwards:
Martinook - Aho - Jarvis
Svechnikov - Trocheck - Necas
Niederreiter - Staal - Fast
Lorentz - Kotkaniemi - Stepan

Slavin - DeAngelo
Skjei - Pesce
Cole - Bear

Andersen
