TAMPA, FL. -Defenseman Calvin de Haan is expected to return to the Carolina Hurricanes lineup Thursday as they take on the Tampa Bay Lightning.

The left-handed defenseman has been out of the lineup since Saturday, October 22 in Calgary due to an injury. de Haan scored in that game, his first goal and point of the season.

de Haan is expected to operate on a line of defense in front of goaltender Frederik Andersen.
Denmark's very own was the first goalie off the ice this morning for Rod Brind'Amour's squad and will look to follow Monday's 18-save win over Washington with another victory. Thus far this season Andersen is 4-2-0 with a 2.68 goals against average (GAA) and an .896 save percentage (SV%).
