The Detroit Red Wings couldn't answer a four-goal, second-period outburst by the Florida Panthers and eventually fell, 6-1, on Easter Sunday at Little Caesars Arena.

Pius Suter scored the lone goal for the Red Wings in the third period.
The loss dropped the Wings to 29-37-10 overall, while the Panthers (54-15-6) picked up their 10th straight win and third over Detroit this season.
NEXT UP:The Red Wings will head back on the road for a two-game swing through the state of Florida, beginning with a matchup against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Tuesday night.

The Red Wings snapped Florida netminder Spencer Knight's shutout bid when Suter collected a Jakub Vrana pass and tapped the puck through Knight's legs for his 14th goal of the season. Filip Zadina also recorded an assist on Suter's tally.
