Hockey Fights Cancer Name Submissions & Sweepstakes

Thank you for your interest in providing the name of a cancer warrior for recognition for Hockey Fights Cancer on November 9, 2024. The first 250 names submitted will be displayed in one of the following ways:

- Inclusion on an I FIGHT FOR poster lining the Avalanche player entry hallway
- Inclusion on an I FIGHT FOR dasher board lining the rink
- Inclusion on the home page of the Colorado Avalanche website on November 9th

All subsequent names will be displayed as space permits.

The submission deadline is October 25th, 2024 at 11:59 PM MST.
