OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators have announced their roster for the team's first of two home pre-season games, when they take on the Toronto Maple Leafs on Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 7:30 p.m. at Canadian Tire Centre.

"Our camp has showcased the pace and competition that D.J. had hoped to establish early on," said Senators general manager Pierre Dorion. "Our young players have responded to the challenge, and we are looking forward to seeing how they showcase themselves in the pre-season games. Tomorrow our fans will have a first opportunity to see a nice cross-section of our roster, including new additions, returning veterans and our young core."

Craig Anderson and prospect Filip Gustavsson are expected to share the duties in goal, while the defence includes Mark Borowiecki, Thomas Chabot and Ron Hainsey. At forward, Artem Anisimov, Connor Brown and Tyler Ennis are expected to make their Senators debuts and will be joined by Brady Tkachuk, Colin White and Bobby Ryan.

Fans are reminded that during the pre-season, doors to Canadian Tire Centre will open one hour before puck drop - at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday night.

The Senators training camp roster is presently composed of 52 players: five goaltenders, 16 defencemen and 31 forwards.
