The Sharks and Clos LaChance will officially release both wines at a tasting party to be held on Wednesday, September 12 at Clos LaChance Winery.
The FINtage 408 Chardonnay is a classic California style chardonnay; a full-bodied, well balanced wine. Clos LaChance created this wine by using locally grown chardonnay grapes, hand-picked and culled from select lots at their family owned and operated winery. Aged in French Oak barrels, the wine also went through malolactic fermentation, ensuring the smooth character preferred by Chardonnay lovers.
The FINtage 408 Cabernet Sauvignon utilizes Estate grown grapes, to create an elegant yet robust styled wine. A blend of Bordeaux varietals, this Cabernet Sauvignon is made in an old world style, showcasing balance, elegance - a full body wine with bright fruit characteristics.
