Learn to Play Hockey Program

The Boston Bruins’ Learn to Play program presented by Pure Hockey helps aspiring youth hockey players develop their skills. The Boston Bruins are excited to continue to grow the program this fall. The $199 registration fee includes:

  • Full set of equipment to keep (valued at $550 retail)
  • Pair of skates
  • Professional, personalized fitting
  • Four weeks of on-ice instruction led by certified coaches

The Boston Bruins are thrilled to share their passion for hockey with the next generation of hockey players. All players must be between the ages of 5-9 years old at the time of registration and be able to skate on their own, unaided.

In addition to the equipment provided, we recommend that you purchase a mouth guard and athletic supporter.

Stay Up To Date

Children registered with a USA Hockey association or who have previously completed this program are not eligible. All registrations will be checked to ensure you have not completed the program or are in a USA Hockey association. Please check in with your local rink on skating lessons before starting the Bruins Academy Learn to Play program as all participants should be able to skate on their own, unaided.
