Finally Took It Outside
After initially being slated to play host for the 2021 Stadium Series game, the world returned to normalcy enough for the region to actually be able to do so in 2023.
Welcoming 56,961 fans to Carter-Finley Stadium, the game, and the week as a whole will be remembered for a long time.
Including a Fan Fest in Downtown Raleigh, a commanding 4-1 victory over the Washington Capitals, an open-air alumni game, a legacy project, and more, the first outdoor game in the state also generated over $20 million in total economic impact.
