One thing has become abundantly clear in the last week or so. The hockey media is on the Carolina Hurricanes' bandwagon this summer. Writers and broadcasters across the continent are raving about the moves General Manager Ron Francis has made this offeason, and optimistic about the team's chances of success in 2017-18.
