GAMEDAY MATERIALS / GAMEDAY MEDIA KIT

All game notes and statistics pertaining to the upcoming games will be available digitally prior to and during each game. Digital statistics will be available after the game. The digital Panthers Gameday Media Kit will be available at FloridaPanthers.com/Gameday. The media kit will include daily game notes, stats, as well as lineup sheets for home games prior to puck drop.

PANTHERS VIDEO SHARE

Credentialed Media will have access to the daily drop on Panthers Video Share. This is available at FloridaPanthers.com/pressbox. The video share will include b-roll from Panthers practices, games, community events and more, as well as interview recordings with players, coaches and management staff. Please attribute Panthers Vision when using this footage in media coverage or attributing interviews viewed and used from the share.  

WORKING MEDIA CREDENTIALS & CODE OF CONDUCT

Media Credentials will be issued in accordance with NHL policies to actively working media members who maintain a legitimate working function at the game and who produce consistent coverage at an affiliated media outlet. Unaffiliated outlets whose planned coverage benefits from access and interviews can request a credential on a case-by-case basis from Panthers PR, and approval is subject to the Club’s discretion and the outlet’s standing.

MEDIA CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Access to the Roger Neilson Memorial Press Box is restricted to credentialed working media members and Hockey Operations staff only.
  • Family, friends and other guests of Credentialed Media or staff will not be permitted in the Roger Neilson Memorial Press Box or to practices and morning skates at Baptist Health IcePlex.
  • Credentialed Media members are prohibited from using credentials to gain access to non-approved ticketed events and non-press areas of Amerant Bank Arena or Baptist Health IcePlex without prior approval.
  • The Roger Neilson Memorial Press Box is a professional working environment.
    • Credentialed Media are asked to refrain from wearing jerseys or behaving in a manner akin with attending a game in a fan capacity.
  • Credentialed Media are asked follow all posted signage including the press seating chart.

Roger Neilson Memorial Press Box seating is limited. In cases where a seat is not available, media may still be granted access to cover digitally.

ROGER NEILSON MEMORIAL PRESS BOX ACCESS

The Roger Neilson Memorial Press Box is open to Credentialed Media 90 minutes prior to the start of each game. To access the press box, please exit the Press Lounge, or turn right after entering the Media Entrance, and proceed approximately 40 yards to the press express elevator, which will be on the right. Take the press express elevator to the Sky View Level, which will open directly into the Roger Neilson Memorial Press Box. Credential will be required to enter press level— no exceptions.  

Members of the Panthers Public Relations Staff are seated on the upper level of seating closest to the press box booths. WiFi information is posted physically throughout the Roger Neilson Memorial Press Box.

PLAYER INTERVIEW ACCESS

Credentialed Media will have access to approved media locations throughout the duration of the 2024-25 season. Approved Media Locations are subject to change.  

When Locker Room access is given, a reminder that no live streaming is permitted at any time from within the locker room space. Furthermore, no member of the Media may use a cell phone at any time in team dressing rooms to place a call or take photographs.

Following the conclusion of each NHL practice and game, the Panthers will make a representative number of key Players and the Head Coach available for interviews.

PHOTOGRAPHY PASSES

Credentialed still photographers will shoot from Section 117 and from the holes in the glass. Specific shooting locations will be assigned on a seasonal or nightly basis. Shooting areas outside of the assigned position without permission from the PR staff can result in a change in credentialed status.

RIGHTSHOLDER PASSES

Rightsholder passes will be issued to team rightsholders for game day media operations.

Please note that in-game host or shooting positions for club staff and rightsholders must be requested and approved by Panthers PR staff at least 24 hours prior to puck drop.  

AMERANT BANK ARENA PRESS ENTRANCE

The press entrance is located at the northwest corner of Amerant Bank Arena, just to the left of the arena's loading docks. It will open an hour and a half before the start of each game and will close 30 minutes after the game begins. After initial pick up, media credentials or prior RSVP will be required for building entry.  Please see below for a map of how to enter and park for events at Amerant Bank Arena.

AMERANT BANK ARENA MEDIA PARKING

Parking is available for all Credentialed Media at Panthers home games at Amerant Bank Arena. Production lot access for the 2024-25 season will be granted on a listed, game-by-game basis. If you are approved for a credential, your name will be added to the parking list. A 2024-25 parking pass will not guarantee production lot access. Overflow parking will be accommodated on the media ‘Hill’ lot as shown in the map at the bottom of the page.

PRESS MEALS

Upon receiving your credential from a Panthers communications representative at the press will-call, each member of the media may proceed to the Press Lounge. Meals may be purchased after signing in with Press Room food service staff.  Family, friends and other guests of Credentialed Media or staff will not be permitted in the Press Lounge without prior approval.

INTERNATIONAL MEDIA ACCESS

To receive credential access for international outlets or groups covering the NHL for the first time, please first contact Dave Keon at dkeon@nhl.com for prior approval.

LIVE SHOT POLICIES FOR TV AND RIGHTSHOLDERS-- AMERANT BANK ARENA

Please arrange live shots prior to gameday with Panthers PR staff. Should you be in the building during game presentation rehearsals before the game begins, video recordings and photos of the ice and scoreboard are PROHIBITED.   

The following locations are available with prior approval:

  • Publix Plaza   

From 12 p.m.-one hour prior to puck drop:   

  • 127 ADA Stage   
  • 109 Stage   

From 12 p.m.-11:30 p.m.:  

  • Coors Light Cold Zone   
  • Pantherland

PODCAST POLICY 

Media seeking to record a podcast or other such video (NON-TV, Non Rightsholder) please reach out to Panthers PR to clear a location and time 48 hours prior to the requested date of recording.
