Please review the guidelines and procedures below on what to expect on gamedays so you're best prepared for your next Canes game.

The Carolina Hurricanes have worked with the NHL, as well as local and state officials, to establish protocols for your health and safety. All protocols will continue to be revised and updated as deemed necessary.

Bag Policy

• Bags must not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" to be permitted.
• Parenting bags and medical bags are permitted and are required to pass through an x-ray machine prior to entry. Please expect longer wait times for bag lines.
• Parenting bags must be accompanied by child(ren). All items are subject to search.

Mobile Ticketing

• Paper tickets are not accepted - all Hurricanes tickets are digital.

Tailgating

• Parking lots open 3 hours prior to puck drop.
• Monday-Friday: Doors open 60 minutes prior to puck drop. (subject to change)
• Saturday & Sunday: Doors open 90 minutes prior to puck drop. (subject to change)
